DISC

Understanding behavioural styles is critical for all business owners and their teams.

In this interactive workshop you will learn why you behave as you do, and why others act and react the way they do.

What is DISC?

DISC is a model for assessing behaviour, based on four major "styles":

  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Conscientiousness.

Based on your behavioural style (D, I, S, or C), you gather data and learn differently from the person sitting next to you. Understanding your style and the characteristics of the other styles is the key to increasing your success in relationships and business interactions.
