In a one-to-one environment, you will learn all you need to know to make your business dreams come true with business coaching.
Action plans
Your business coach will work with you on sales, marketing, team-building, and business development initiatives. You will create a 5-, 3- and 1-year plan, broken down further into a 90-day and weekly action plan. Your business coach will do more than just show you what to do: they will hold you accountable to completing it.
Ongoing guidance
They will be with you when you need them most: as each idea takes shape, as each campaign is launched, when you need pointers to make it happen. When you need someone to talk to, when you are faced with daunting challenges, and most importantly, when you are just not sure what to do next — your certified business coach will be there every step of the way.

Alignment Consultation
The Alignment Consultation is where we get clarity with every business owner-client. You and possibly some of your team will invest anywhere from three hours to a full day, as your coach learns as much as possible about your business and personal goals, your challenges, frustrations, sales, marketing, finances and much, much more.
Your business coach will do this with three goals in mind:
- To get a snapshot of your business right now
- To clarify your long-term goals — personal and business
- To get the crucial information to create your own ActionCOACH Business Plan for the next 12 months.
This is not a traditional business or marketing plan, but rather a step-by step ActionCOACH plan that you’ll work with as you proceed through the business coaching program.
